چکیده

Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) are a new class of porous crystalline materials composed metal and organic material. MOFs have fascinating properties, such as fine tunability, large specific surface area, high porosity. widely used for environmental protection, biosensors, regenerative medicine, medical engineering, cell therapy, catalysts, drug delivery. Recent studies reported various significant properties biomedical applications, detection In contrast, limitations low stability specificity in binding to the target. MOF-based membranes improve conventional by increasing area developing possibility MOF-ligand binding, while conjugated dramatically increase active functional groups. This special property makes them attractive biosensor fabrication, both spreading solubility components porosity can be changed. Asymmetric structure with potential field, due different characteristics on its two surfaces, adjusting size porosity, transfer rate selectivity, hydrophilicity hydrophobicity. MOF assisted asymmetric provide platform field. The latest version materials/membranes has several especially delivery, which will discussed this review, along their advantages, disadvantages, challenges.
